Zicam Electrical Group Ltd was selected to provide electrical services for Hicks Hadley Estate Agents, West Midlands

Hicks Hadley offer a Property Management Service; their priority is to deliver reliability and consistency to managed clients. Utilising Zicam Electrical Group services we support Hicks Hadley with achieving their goals.

Situation

Zicam Electrical Group Ltd provides the below services on an ongoing basis:

• Electrical installation condition reports (EICR)*
• Repairs and maintenance
• Consumer unit upgrades
• Lighting upgrades
• Electrical accessory repairs
• Electrical heating systems repairs
• Emergency breakdown attendance for repairs

Contract Delivery:

The electrical works are carried out according to the agreed-upon plan and specifications provided by the Agent.

The contract is regularly monitored for progress of the project, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within budget. Open communication is maintained with the council to address any issues or changes that may arise during the process.

Once the electrical works are completed for each site,  final inspection and testing is conducted to ensure everything is functioning correctly and meets the required standards.

All necessary documentation, certifications, and warranties are handed over.

Post-project reviews are regularly completed to assess the performance and overall success of the project.
