Hardman Street is a Multi occupancy shared workspace site based in Manchester. At 395,000 sq ft, 3 Hardman Street is home to a significant part of Manchester’s working population. Its multiple entrances provide each occupier with a sense of arrival and easy access with all the benefits of a well-managed, concierged front of house. The client required an audit trail of foot traffic entering and exiting the building. This necessitated with the new dynamic in remote working and hot desking leading to only a handful of employees occupying the building. Duty of care reports last one out real time view of employee occupancy ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. This also aligns with Health and Safety procedures on site and ensures they are adhered to.

The results were Central monitoring and oversite of all 7 floors. Managers and security staff have clear visual coverage across the site at any one time as and when required. Some key points which site security have advised following the installation of the system are as follows: Health and Safety:

• Reduction in Theft has reduced dramatically since the installation of the system.
• Trespassing onto the site and pontoon is identified in a timely fashion.
• The system ensures VIP safety on site.
