Sunseeker International in Poole is the flagship dealership for new and pre-owned Sunseeker boats and luxury motor yachts
Zicam Integrated Security Ltd was selected to provide a multi layered security system across many sites including shipyards, technology centers’ and offices.
Situation
Sunseeker International in Poole required a comprehensive security system to assist and provide security staff with clear visibility around site. This is required to monitor movement around site and in addition, to ensure Health and Safety standards are being met within the operational areas.
Solution
Zicam Integrated Security Ltd installed a bespoke multi layered solution.
This comprised of the installation of Avigilon CCTV with analytics, Paxton access control, automatic barriers, and turnstiles to control flow of traffic and security on site.
The system was installed onto the clients existing infrastructure, spread across 5 separate servers in various locations throughout Poole. With access via client PCs throughout the Sunseeker sites.
Access control is installed on doors, barriers, and turnstiles throughout the site to log staff movements around site, log and control
Zicam installed a range 3 and 5-megapixel analytic bullet cameras and mini dome cameras internally and externally. Streaming across the clients’ fibre optic infrastructure to 5 premium blade servers, across 5 locations.
Results
Managers and security staff have clear visual coverage across all sites at any one time as and when required. Security and Health and Safety practices have improved significantly.

A vast reduction claims including daily investigations into accidents on site, slips, trips and falls.
Increase in employees following procedures on site.
CCTV is used to identify potential hazards and emergencies.
CCTV is used to evaluate current practices, identify training needs and deliver training using real life examples.
CCTV alerts to potential hazards in real time ensuring plant and machinery are functioning.
Reduction in injuries in good in and out areas.
Security:
Reduction in inventory shrinkage.

Theft has reduced dramatically since the installation of the system.
Trespassing onto the site and pontoon is identified in a timely fashion.
The system ensures VIP safety on site.

Site security utilise the system to monitor facemask usage, hand sanitizing and ensuring social distancing measures are enforced.
